Important Information to Help Plan Your Trip
Welcome to The Springs Resort! Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. While you’re with us, please enjoy the following amenities, included with your resort stay:
- 24-hour access to 25 soaking pools*
- Soak the day you arrive, even before 4:00 PM check in
- Soak the day you leave, even after 10:00 AM check out**
- Locker rooms with showers in the public bath house
- Plush spa robes & pool towels for use after soaking***
- WiFi
- TV (DirecTV), mini-fridge, coffee maker, & hair dryer
- Air-conditioning & heating
*Includes the 20 public, all-ages soaking pools and the five Relaxation Terrace pools (ages 18+)
**Until 6:00 PM. Please clear your room of personal items, check out, and speak to the concierge for your fresh towels.
***Guests who would like to exchange for fresh robes and towels can dial “0” from their room phone and a front desk agent will be happy to assist. Upon departure, please be sure to leave all robes and towels in your room to avoid any additional charges. Robes and towels not found in your room after departure will be charged to the credit card on file.
CANCELLATION
First night plus tax due at time of reservation. Changes or cancellations require at least 72 hours notice prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit deposit.
SMOKING
All rooms, suites, and pool areas are smoke-free. Considerate smokers are welcome to step out onto the balconies and porches to smoke. A $250 fee will be charged for any smoking in a room or suite.
PETS
We welcome pets only in specifically designated rooms, for a $85 per night fee. Your pet is considered a guest of the resort and must be declared when your reservation is made and they must be registered at check in. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Rooms and suites with undeclared pets will be charged a $250 fee.

Our resort fee is $45 + tax, per day and includes:
