The Mother Spring

No one really knows the depths of the Mother Spring. Every time she’s been measured, the plumb line runs out before reaching the bottom. But we do know she’s deep — extraordinarily deep. She even holds the Guinness Book of World Records title of World’s Deepest Geothermal Hot Spring. Water from this mystical source feeds all 25 pools, filling each one with ancient minerals drawn from deep within the earth. She’s a calming, steamy, and soothing sight to behold, but the Mother Spring isn’t for soaking. Surface temperature of the Mother Springs is about 144 degrees Fahrenheit.
