Your admission to The Springs soaking pools is a one time admission. You are welcome to stay as long as you like, but once you leave the facility your pass expires. Exceptions are made if you wish to leave for an on-site massage, salon appointment or on-site shopping.
Icy and slippery conditions may exist at any time and guests should use extreme caution when entering the pools area, walking between pools, climbing steps or entering the river. When entering the river, remember that high flow and uneven surfaces may exist and use of the river is at your own risk.
Elderly persons, pregnant women, infants and those with medical conditions should consult a physician before using The Springs.
It is advised that you drink water before, during, and after soaking to keep your body hydrated and to optimize the absorption of the beneficial qualities of these mineral waters.
Every one is expected to shower prior to entering the pools.
Swim wear is mandatory at all times.
Silver jewelry will tarnish in the mineral waters. Please remove silver jewelry BEFORE entering the waters. Tarnish to jewelry is removable by polishing.
Children under 14 are required to remain with their parent or adult guardian at all times.
No one under 14 will be admitted without an accompanying parent or adult guardian.
No smoking, or glass containers are allowed at any time for any reason. All alcohol must be purchased at the Bath House.
No stereos are allowed.
No swim toys, floats, balls, tubes or noodles are allowed in the soaking pools but can be used in our swimming pool.
All toddlers and infants must wear swim diapers.
Customers talking loudly on cell phones will be asked to take the call outside the facility.
Pets are not allowed inside The Springs. The only exceptions will be Seeing Eye or Hearing Assistance animals.
No diving, running, jumping, climbing or splashing is allowed.
No soaps, shampoos, oils or lotions are permitted inside The Springs. Sunscreen is permitted in appropriate quantities.
No admission is allowed from the river. This includes hotel guests or members who may be rafting, kayaking, canoeing, tubing or wading. Every one must enter The Springs through the Bath House.
No one will be admitted if it is judged by the Attendant that they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
