Price includes any children 5 years and older.

All Prices based on a minimum of double occupancy.

The record snows on Wolf Creek pass are now becoming the rafting waters for an anticipated record-breaking season of river rafting!!! It will be fun, fast, and a once in a lifetime experience. Raft the San Juan River which flows right through the resort and through the heart of Pagosa Springs, as is winds its way into lake navajo. Wildlife abounds along the river this time of year, so the adventure is loaded with great fun for all!!

* 2 extra-long double beds. Double package has option for king bed.
** 2 queen beds or 1 king bed w/queen sofa sleeper in a larger than Standard room in our deluxe building.

Children under 5 years of age cannot safely be included on any raft trips offered by the springs resort. Children 5 years and older are counted in the occupancy numbers if planning to go rafting.
