STANDARD ROOMS

Our Standard rooms are located in the original Spring Inn Motel building. JOHN WAYNE was a frequent Spring Inn visitor while in Pagosa Springs making the film The Cowboys in the late 1960's. All Standard rooms are on one level and are the closest accommodations to the Bath House and soaking pools. All rooms include hair dryers, color televisions, air-conditioning, and 2 plush spa robes for your use while on the resort.

 Marble surrounds all shower/tub enclosures and spacious vanities are in each one of these popular rooms. 

The majority of Standard rooms have two extra-long double-sized beds. Some Standard rooms offer a single King bed in the room. All rooms are nicely appointed with custom designed furnishings. Smoking is not permitted in any hotel rooms.

A complimentary 24-hour beverage bar is located in the Standard building, offering coffee, herbal teas, juice, cocoa and a microwave for all registered guests. A 24-hour hotel guest entrance to the soaking pools is also provided for your convenience.

Pets are welcome in a limited number of designated Standard rooms for a $20.00 per night non-refundable pet fee. The pet fee covers our cost to deep clean the room of pet hair. We consider your pet a guest of our resort and require them to be declared with your reservation and registered at check in. Your pet will be welcomed with a special "treat" and a colorful ribbon to wear while on the resort.

The Standard rooms are considered our budget rooms. All hotels rooms, however, include unlimited 24-hour complimentary access to the soaking pools.
