The latest expansion to The Springs Resort and Spa is the Luxury Suites Hotel. The new hotel is built to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold standards. It is the first LEED-built hotel in Colorado and one of only five in America built to the LEED Gold standard.
